Return & Refund Policy

At Adventure Zeal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process:


  1. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note the following conditions for return eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


  1. Exclusions:

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  1. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 Business Days. Please allow a 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.


  1. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is reflected in your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email  at info@adventurezeal.com or call us at +91 9004621578 for further instructions.


  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Print the Return Shipping Label that you will receive by email. Our return labels are pre-paid for your convenience.
  • Pack all items securely in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Affix the provided Return Shipping Label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
